You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless front-end.solutions, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which front-end.solutions is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
